Enrollment and Tuition
Family Day Nursery School serves 50 children, ages 21⁄2 to 6 year round. The School is open from 7:30AM – 5:30PM, Monday through Friday throughout the year
Application Process
1. Complete Enrollment Application.
2. Provide Director with the following documents:
- Child's Health Records
- Copy of Child's Social Security Card
- Copy of Child's Birth Certificate
- Current Physical Documentation
